MAPA Business Network event
In March 2026, MAPA SCOTLAND hosted a new and exciting event designed to bring together members of the Polish business community in Scotland. Held in the Barony Hotel near the Great Polish Map of Scotland, the gathering focused on strengthening connections, sharing experiences and creating opportunities for collaboration among entrepreneurs and professionals.
The event was created to inspire, motivate and support business growth while celebrating the strong links between the Polish community and Scotland. Guests enjoyed insightful talks from experienced speakers, engaging discussions and the chance to meet a diverse group of business leaders and professionals. It also provided an opportunity to introduce attendees to the work of MAPA Scotland and the heritage project it supports. During the event, guests learned about ways to become involved, including the Patronite programme, which invites businesses to contribute to the preservation and future development of the Great Polish Map of Scotland. As the first event of its kind organised by MAPA, it marked the beginning of what is expected to become a regular platform for networking, learning and community collaboration.
